Viral Ferrari Car in Airplane Cargo, That's What Garuda Indonesia Says

A video containing footage of a Garuda Indonesia plane carrying a red Ferrari-branded luxury car is circulating on social media. This video appeared at the same time as the discovery of an illegal Harley Davidson motorbike on a new Garuda Indonesia plane.


In this short 10 second video you can see a red Ferrari car on board a Garuda Indonesia plane. The video, which was first uploaded on December 4 2019, went viral on social media.


Regarding this matter, Garuda Indonesia VP Corporate Secretary Ikhsan Rosan confirmed that the car was legally cargo carried by a Garuda Indonesia plane. Ikhsan also confirmed that the Ferrari car was brought on a different plane from the plane carrying the illegal Harley Davidson. Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi clarified with Garuda Indonesia regarding the circulation of a video of a Ferrari car on a plane.
