Video Seconds of Ferdian Paleka Youtuber Arrest, Police Forced Out: Silence You !!
The YouTuber was known to be arrested by the West Java Regional Police on the Jakarta-Merak toll road at 01.00 WIB.
Quoted from Kompas.com, Senior Commissioner Saptono Erlangga as the Head of West Java Regional Police Public Relations said that the Ferdian escape was now over.
Ferdian was known to be arrested after escaping since his video was viral on social media on Monday (4/5/2020).
In the viral video, it appears that Ferdian and his friends distributed groceries filled with rubbish and stones to transvestites they met on the road.
They reasoned that they wanted to give a reprimand to transvestites who were still on the streets during the month of Ramadan.
The victims who did not accept were then reported Ferdian to the police.
Ferdian was reported for alleged defamation and Tarancam of the ITE Law.
