According to the Government Spokesperson for Handling Covid-19, Achmad Yurianto, as of today, Thursday (26/3/2020), the number of positive patients infected with corona is 893 people.
There were additional positive confirmed cases of approximately 103 people, bringing the total number to 893, said Yuri to journalists when giving a daily press conference, Jakarta (26/3/2020).
The most additional cases occurred in Jakarta, namely 53 people. Meanwhile, South Sulawesi also showed a significant addition, namely 14 people.
Apart from positive patients, the number of recovered patients also increased by 4 people, bringing the total number of patients recovered and allowed to go home to 35 people.
To date, there have been 4 additional recovered cases. "Therefore, the number of cases is 35 people," Yuri added.
Of the total 893 people who tested positive for Covid-19, 78 of them were declared dead.
There were an additional 20 deaths, bringing the total to 78 people, said Yuri.
The government continues to appeal to citizens to always practice social distancing, or maintain distance.
