Regarding Herry Wirawan's verdict, why can pass the death and castration sentence?
As a sign of a life or a lifetime verdict, for Herry Wirawan the perpetrators of sexual crimes against 13 students in Bandung, West Java, Tuesday (02/15) afternoon.
The Bandung District Court judges argued that the defendant's actions were a serious crime and there was no element that alleged the sentence.

The Public Prosecutor from the West Java Attorney General's Office claimed to have thought about the verdict handed down by the judge to the defendant rapist of 13 students in Bandung.

While the Indonesian Child Protection Commission, KPAI, highlighted Herry Wirawan's verdict, a sexual crime defendant to students.
KPAI stated that the sentence must be accompanied by confiscation and assets belonging to the perpetrators.
