Rizieq Shihab Absent for the Second Time, Police Will Issue a Third Summons!
Rizieq could not attend because he was still recovering.
Rizieq Shihab was absent from police summons during an investigation regarding crowd cases in Petamburan and Tebet, Jakarta. This is the second time Rizieq has failed to respond to a police summons.
Habib Rizieq was due to fulfill the summons of Polda Metro Jaya last Monday.
However, Habib Rizieq was again absent from the investigation after receiving two summons from investigators.
Still for the same reason as before, FPI lawyer Aziz Yanuar said that Habib Rizieq could not comply with the police summons because he was still recovering.
Previously, the Head of Metro Jaya Police, Inspector General Fadil Imran, appealed to Rizieq Shihab to cooperate and immediately fulfill the investigator's summons.
