Super Crispy and Very Delicious Cheese Sago Recipe
REVISION: 70 grams butter + 30 grams margarine

Ingredients: .
- 200 grams of Sago Flour (take 250 grams of sago then roast it, the result is that after roasting it will shrink to 225 grams, here are the ANTI-BLEBER tips so that the shape is better, but try to spray it using a syringe mold so it's not difficult when molding it)
- 70 grams of Refined Sugar
- 100 grams of Grated Cheese
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 30 grams Margarine
- 70 grams Butter
- 30 ml Instant Thick Coconut Milk / milk
Tips:
1. The correct dough is a bit hard and not soft...so that when baked it doesn't fall apart....I even pressed it a bit hard so it's better to use a syringe mold so the plastic doesn't tear.
2. DON'T MIX for too long....the result will be a wider cake
3. The moisture content of the flour varies, the purpose of roasting is so that the cake doesn't break easily and get moldy, to be safe, take 250 grams of sago, the dough is a bit hard, but the results will be beautiful, making syringes usually requires a special mold, if you don't have a mold you can alternatively Just use a stainless steel syringe without a plastic piping bag, push the dough with your thumb.
