Super crispy cheese sago recipe and really delicious
Revision: 70 grams of butter + 30 grams of margarine
In the video forgot to type the margarine
Materials:
- 200 grams of sago flour (take 250 grams of sago and then roasted the results after the roasted will shrink to 225 grams, this is anti -bleber tips so that the shape is better, but try to spray using a syringe so it is not difficult when printing it)
- 70 grams of refined sugar
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 grams of margarine
- 70 grams of butter
- 30 ml of thick coconut milk instant / milk
Tips:
1. The correct dough is a bit hard and not soft ... so that when it is roasted, it is not slab ... In print, I press it rather difficult so it is better to use a syringe mold so that the plastic does not tear.
2. Don't mix too long .... the results will widen the cake
3. Different humidity, the purpose of roasting is so that the cake is not easily damaged and moldy, to be safe to take 250 grams of sago, the dough is rather hard, but the results will be beautiful, the syringe is usually in a special mold, if you don't have a mold, you can use alternative stainles spuit without plastic piping bags, push the dough with your thumb.
