Soft and Soft Pukis Recipe - Traditional Cake - Market Snacks

I've tried Pukie cake from different recipes 4 times.
And it turns out that Mba Rina Rinso's recipe is the most suitable for me. The texture is just right, soft and definitely delicious.
But I've brainstormed the ingredients to make it even more economical 😁

Soft Pukis Cake
2 Btr Eggs
175 gr granulated sugar
200 gr blue triangle wheat flour
50 gr Cakra wheat flour
1 tsp Fermipan/instant yeast
370ml Warm Coconut Milk (not hot, if it's hot the yeast will die)
1 bks SKM
100 gr Roombutter (you can also use margarine)


Nb.
- Coconut milk cooked with Pandan, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp Vanilla. Let stand until warm.
- The aim is to use 2 types of flour because if you only use medium Pro flour the results will be a little soft when hot but soft when cold.
But when you use 2 types of flour, the results are firm but soft and tender.
- Spread liquid margarine while the pukis cake is still hot so that the skin remains soft.
