Teflon pizza recipe. Pizza is one of the most popular dishes originating from Italy. This round and flat bread is usually given a topping of tomato sauce and cheese. This time I will modify a little using 2 ways to roast using an oven and Teflon. The toppings also use Sarden Yamato which tastes good and not fishy. This pizza sardine is suitable for an alternative to your favorite snack at home.

Teflon pizza recipe (for 2 baking sheets / 6 servings)
Dough ingredients:
135 gr ml warm
7 gr
7 grams of sugar
¾ tsp salt
1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon of honey
250 gr medium protein flour
Topping material:
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 clove of onion, sliced
100 gr Shitake mushrooms, iris
2 tablespoons of oil
1 can of sarden yamato
10 cayenne pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons of chili sauce
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Other Ingredients:
120 grams of grated mozarella cheese
2 black olive pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
Step:
1. Stir warm water, yeast, and sugar until blended and then let stand until bubbly
2. Add salt, honey, and olive oil then stir well
3. Add flour, stir until everything is fused
4. Surface chaos of the cutting board or table with oil. Divide the two doughs evenly then flatten with rolling pins the size of the pan to be used
5. For pizza toppings, saute garlic, onions, and mushrooms to fragrant. Add Sarden Yamato, cayenne pepper, chili sauce, and tomato sauce. Cook until thickened
6. Heat Teflon in medium heat, spread with oil and bake one side of the pizza until cooked
7. Turn the pizza then give toppings of sardines and mozarella cheese. Cover and cook over medium heat until the pizza is cooked
8. To use an oven. Brush the pizza pan with oil then put the pizza mixture on it. Give topping sardines, mozarella, onions, black olive, and a little olive oil. Bake at 220 ° C for 8-12 minutes

Pizza is one of the most popular Italian Dishes. This Circular and Flat Bread is Usually Topped with Tomato Sauce and Cheese. This time, I'm modifying it a bit using two types of baking methods: with an oven and with a teflon. The Topping is Yamato Sardines which has a nice flavor without any fishy smell. This sardines pizza can be your favorite new snack at home.

Teflon Pizza Recipe (for 2 Pans / 6 Servings)
Dough ingredients:
135 ml of Warm Water
7 G Yeast
7 G Sugar
3/4 TSP SALT
1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 TBSP Honey
250 g medium-protein flour
Topping ingredients:
3 Clove Garlic, Sliced
1 PC shallots, sliced
100 g Shiitake Mushroom, Sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 Can Yamato Sardines
10 PC Bird's Eye Chili, Sliced
2 TBS Chili Sauce
4 TBSP Tomato Sauce
Other ingredients:
120 g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
2 PC Black Olive
2 tbsp olive oil
Steps:
1. Mix Warm Water, Yeast, and Sugar Evenly. Let it Bloom.
2. Add the salt, honey, and olive oil in. Mix well.
3. Add the flour. Mix up to well-inchorporated.
4. Rub some oil on the board or the table. Divide the dough into two equal parts and flatten with a rolling pin to match the pan's diameter.
5. For the Pizza's Topping, Sauté the Garlic, Onion, and Mushroom Until Fragrarant. Add the Yamato Sardines, Bird’s Eye Chili, Chili Sauce, and Tomato Sauce. Cook Until Thickens.
6. Turn the Teflon on Medium Heat. Add some oil and cook one side of the pizza until it's cooked.
7. Flip the pizza and add the sardines and mozzarella toppings. Place the lid on and cook on medium heat until the pizza is cooked.
8. For Oven-Baked Pizza, Brush The Pizza Pan With Some Oil and Place The Pizza Dough On Top. Place The Sardines, Mozzarella, Onion, and Black Olive Toppings. Add a bit of olive oil. Bake at 220 ° C for 8-12 Minutes.
