Legendary Black Forest Birthday Cake Recipe

The following are the ingredients needed to make BLACK FOREST:
Ingredients for Chocolate Sponge Cake:
6 eggs
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
125 gr Butter, melted
90 gr granulated sugar
70 gr Low protein flour
1 tbsp Cake emulsifier (SP/TBM/Ovalet/Ryoto)
1 tbsp Powdered Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder or 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Supplementary Materials:
20x20 baking dish
simple syrup (150ml water + 50 gr granulated sugar)
Canned Dark Cherry
Stem red cherry
Dark Cooking Chocolate
Whip Cream
Powdered Sugar for sprinkling
