Hundreds of paper money print in 1950 was first discovered by one of the workers who was then unpacking the back of the oldest house in Kopandakan Village, Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi.
When moving items that can still be used, the worker accidentally found a package that turned out to be hundreds of rupiah 1 rupiah, 2.5 rupiah, 5 rupiah and 10 rupiah banknotes that were stored in the old crates that had never been opened by the owner of the house.
The owner of the house claimed that the crates found belonged to his grandfather. Since his grandfather died, the chest was never opened by the family again.
