Teflon Martabak Recipe
Material 1:
225 grams of medium protein flour
20 gr of cornstarch / tang mien / tapioca
30 grams of sugar
250 ml of water
1 egg
¾ tsp baking powder
Material 2:
50 ml of water
¾ tsp baking soda
2 tablespoons of pandanus / vanilla flavors / according to taste
Sugar sugar to taste
Topping (according to taste):
Butter / margarine
Sweetened condensed milk
Cheese
Sesame roast
Step:
1. Make martabak dough. Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, and water. Stir using a mixer until all ingredients are fused.
2. Add the eggs and baking powder, then stir well
3. Leave the dough at least 1 hour
4. Divide the dough in two, for the vanilla and pandanus
5. Heat Teflon in medium heat
6. For vanilla mixture, mix baking soda with water, stir well. For pandanus dough, mix baking soda, water, and pandan flavor, stir well
7. Add a mixture of baking soda and flacken vanilla into the first mixture, stir well. Put the baking soda mixture and pandan flavor into the second mixture, stir well
8. Pour the vanilla mixture into Teflon, spread the dough to stick to the edge of the Teflon
9. Wait until the bubbles go up, reduce the heat a little
10. Sprinkle sugar on it to help broke bubbles
11. After nesting, cover the dough cook until cooked and the top is not sticky
12. Pour the Pandan mixture into Teflon. Cook like the first dough
13. After the martabak is cooked, immediately spread with butter all over its surface
14. Martabak split into two
15. Sprinkle with grated cheese, sesame, and sweetened condensed milk
16. Martabak piles together, then cut into several parts
17. Sweet martabak is ready to be served

Sweet Teflon Martabak Recipe
Ingredients 1:

Steps:
1. Make the martabak batter. Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar, and water. Mix with mixer until all ingredients are well-absorporated.
2. Add the egg and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Let the Batter rest for at least 1 hour.
4. Divide the batter into two, for vanilla and pandan flavors.
5. Place the Teflon on Medium Heat.
6. For the Vanilla-Flavored Batter, Combine the baking soda with water and mix well. For the Pandan-Flavored Batter, Combine The Baking Soda, Water, and Pandan Essence and Mix Well.
7. Add the baking soda mix and vanilla essence to the first batter and mix well. Add the baking soda mix and pandan essence to the second batter and mix well.
8. Pour The Vanilla-Flavored Batter to the Teflon. Swivel the pan so the batter sticks to the edges of the teflon.
9. Wait Until The Bubbles Rise. Then, lower the heat.
10. Sprinkle Something Sugar On Top to Help The Bubbles Burst.
11. After the surface is covered with holes, cover the pan and let it cook until the surface is not sticky anymore.
12. Pour The Pandan-Flavored Batter to the Teflon. Cook just like the first batter.
13. After the Martabak is cooked, spread some butter on the entire surface right away.
14. Cut The Martabak Into Two.
15. Top with Grated Cheese, Sesame Seeds, and Condens Milk.
16. Stack The Martabak On Top of One Another and Cut Into Several Pieces.
17. Sweet Martabak is ready to serve.
