President: Emergency Ppkm Will Happen In Java And Bali
According to the plan, Emergency PPKM will be implemented throughout Java and Bali. This is because of the high number of Covid-19 transmissions in recent times in Java and Bali.
Responding to the President's statement, DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan admitted that there were no special preparations regarding the plan to implement Emergency PPKM which is currently in the finalization stage.
According to Anies, currently the DKI Provincial Government is focusing on handling Covid-19 patients and isolating places. Meanwhile, the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, supports the central government's steps to implement the Java-Bali emergency PPKM.
