The President stated that there was no bargaining about the territory and sovereignty of the territory of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).

Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Panjaitan ensured that there was no compromise when it concerns the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Problems related to the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) must be resolved. Including the matter of polemics that are happening in Natuna waters because of the unilateral claims of China and fish theft.
