"This morning I heard the statement of the Department of Homeland Security officials from the United States government who delivered the results of the study that air temperature, sunlight, and humidity level greatly affect the speed of death of the corona virus in the air and on the surface is not porous," he said.
Based on this research, according to the President the higher the humidity level and the higher temperature will shorten the life span of the virus in the air and on the surface is not porous. According to him, the research is good news and happy for Indonesia.
"Because we live in a tropical realm, the temperature is hot, the air is moist, and rich in sunlight," he said.
Nevertheless according to the President, the community still had to carry out a protocol for the prevention of COVID-19 transmission in a disciplined manner, in order to avoid the exposure of the virus that was first discovered in China.
