Police Suspect Indications of Money Laundering, Form Special Team to Investigate 256 Panji Gumilang Accounts!
The Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center blocked 256 accounts allegedly belonging to the leader of the Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School, Panji Gumilang, which were registered under 6 different names.
Account blocking to check whether there are criminal elements related to Panji Gumilang's account.
Previously, the discovery of 256 accounts belonging to Panji was initially revealed by the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD.
Mahfud said there were 256 accounts in the name of Panji Gumilang, and 33 accounts in the name of the Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School, which were being analyzed by PPATK because the transactions were considered suspicious.
Previously, the head of the Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School, Panji Gumilang, was questioned by the police in a case of alleged religious blasphemy.
