In her presentation to media crew via conference call, Sri Mulyani said that Indonesia's economic growth could experience a contraction of up to 0.4 percent at the end of the year. Meanwhile, for a severe scenario, the Indonesian economy will only grow in the range of 2.3 percent. Previously, the Minister of Finance explained that in the worst case scenario, Indonesia's economic growth would be in the range of 2.5 percent to 0 percent. "We estimate that economic growth will fall to 2.3 percent, an even worse scenario is -0.4 percent," said Sri Mulyani.
