Searching 10 Locations of Alleged Cooking Oil Corruption, Attorney General's Office Confiscates 650 Documents

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - The Attorney General's Office searched 10 locations in a case of alleged corruption in granting permits for export facilities for crude palm oil, or CPO.

Of the ten locations, one of the searches was carried out at the house of the Director General of Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Trade, Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana, who has been named a suspect.

The search was carried out last Tuesday (05/04).

Not only the home of the Director General of the Ministry of Trade, the Attorney General's Office also searched the Ministry of Trade's office in Jakarta.

From the search, the AGO confiscated 650 documents and electronic evidence.

Investigators are currently investigating this electronic evidence to find out in detail the conversations between the suspects which resulted in unlawful acts.
