Feeling cornered, Panji Gumilang sues Ridwan Kamil, this is what a criminal law expert says!
Ridwan Kamil emphasized that what he said regarding the case involving Panji Gumilang was in accordance with procedures.

Panji Gumilang filed a lawsuit against the Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, for his statement which was deemed to have cornered Panji Gumilang.
Apart from being considered a corner, Panji Gumilang believes that Ridwan Kamil is looking for a stage and is not serious about resolving the polemic in Al Zaytun.
Panji Gumilang's attorney, Hendra Effendi, said that due to Ridwan Kamil's statement, an unfavorable opinion emerged about Panji Gumilang and Al Zaytun.
Regarding the case involving Panji Gumilang, the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, said that until now investigators are still completing evidence and witness statements.
The National Police Chief emphasized that determining suspect status does not depend on speed, but on the accuracy of filing and fulfilling all conditions.
