The Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini, said that improving the data on social assistance recipients is almost final.
The Central Government will wait for Regional Governments to return data on January 1 2021.
According to the plan, social assistance will be distributed starting January 4 through PT Pos Indonesia.
The amount of cash assistance varies, according to the program.
