From Indonesia to Canada, from South Korea to Argentina. In at least 33 countries, the death rate for male COVID-19 patients is higher than for women.

This is not an anomaly. Data from COVID-19 patients illustrates the possibility that differences in male and female chromosomes influence immunity when faced with infectious diseases.
