Sweet martabak cheese and chewy chewy chocolate delicious // cheese and chocolate thick pancakes

This one snack is really snacks that can really make me go out late for the sake of buying 1 box containing essential pleasure 😆😆 or if lazy, order ojol 😅 there is 1 martabak seller near a very good house. The texture is chewy, similar to Ambon, soft and not bitter (due to most developers). It's really delicious ... I have never been able to look like 😑 it's a hero that makes the recipe. Well, even though it can't be exactly the same, but this recipe is pretty good ... This recipe is a combination of various recipes circulating on IG, Youtube, Cookpad. I use tapioca because I like a chewy texture like Bika Ambon. The method that I use is I followed Mrs. Indriani in the book Business Series. 30g (2 1/2 tbsp) Sugar (for sprinkling while cooking) (for 2 martabak)
2-4 tablespoons of butter (for 2 martabak)
50-75g grated cheese (for 1 martabak)
25-50g Dark Cooking Chocolate Compound, Grated (for 1 Martabak)
sweetened condensed milk

30g (2 1/2 TBSP) Sugar

1/8 TSP Vanilla Powder
250ml (1 cup) water
1 egg yolk

1 egg
1/2 TSP Baking Powder

1/2 TSP Baking Soda + 2 TBSP Water (Divided to 2)

1/2 TSP Chocolate Paste (For Chocolate Martabak Batter)

Filling
30G (2 1/2 TBSP) SUGAR (for Sprinkle when the batter is cooked)
50-75g Grated Cheese
25-50g Dark Cooking Chocolate Compound, Grated
Sweeted condensed milk
