Mahfud MD: Democrat Klb is not considered legally, not yet officially reported

"Until now the government does not assume. Legally do not know or not there is a outbreak. Even though we hear and see (the KLB agenda) but legally cannot say it is the KLB before it is officially reported to the government," Mahfud said
Mahfud then explained that the government would handle the Democratic Klb legally if someone reported the results.
Mahfud also detailed the basis of the completion of the chaos of Democrats, namely through the Law on Political Parties and the last AD-ARA Democratic Party in 2020.
"First, based on the political party law, the second based on the last AD-ART submitted or applicable at the moment. For the government, the last AD-ARA is AD ART which was submitted in 2020, numbered MHH 9 of 2020 dated May 18, 2020," said Mahfud MD.
Therefore, Mahfud conveyed the current Democratic Chairperson Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, and was ready to judge the Democratic issue openly.
"The issue of whether the ad art that is the basis of what is called the KLB in Deli Serdang is valid or not, we will value later. We will value openly from legal logic because the logic of the law is also the logic of the community, so we must not play around," said Mahfud
