Mahfud Md: Democratic Klb Not Legally Considered, Hasn't Been Officially Reported

"Until now, the government has not considered it. Legally, we don't know whether there is an KLB or not. Even though we heard and saw (the KLB agenda), legally we cannot say that it is an KLB before the results are officially reported to the government," said Mahfud
Mahfud then explained that the government would handle the Democratic KLB legally if someone reported the results.
Mahfud also detailed the basis for resolving the Democratic chaos, namely through the Political Party Law and the Democratic Party's final AD-ART in 2020.
"The first is based on the Political Party Law, the second is based on the AD-ART which was submitted most recently or which is currently in effect. For the government, the latest AD-ART is the AD-ART which was submitted in 2020, numbered MHH 9 of 2020 dated 18 May 2020," said Mahfud Md.
Therefore, Mahfud said that the current General Chair of the Democrats is Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, and is ready to assess the Democrats' problems openly.
"We will assess the issue of whether the AD ART which is the basis for the so-called KLB in Deli Serdang is valid or not. We will assess it openly from legal logic because legal logic is also the logic of society, so we cannot play around." "said Mahfud
