Violating the provisions of the assimilation, Bahar bin Smith back to prison
The lawyer suspected that the return of Bahar to prison due to a violation of assimilation conditions related to COVID-19.
There was an argument with prison security officers and lawyers Bahar bin Smith, in front of the Gunung Sindur prison yard, Bogor, West Java.
Bahar bin Smith's lawyer, Ichwan Tuankotta, regretted that there was no communication made by the prison, related to the arrest of his client.
The lawyer said he was still trying to confirm the reasons for the arrest of his client again.
Even so, he suspected Bahar bin Smith had violated the agreement and conditions of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights assimilation related to COVID-19.
The Head of the West Java Kemenkumham Regional Office, Liberti Sitinjak, said, Bahar was considered to violate the provisions in carrying out the assimilation program.
