Saudi Arabia Green Light for Prospective Indonesian Umrah pilgrims, see more!

KOMPAS.TV - Saudi Arabia gave entry permission for Indonesian citizens starting today.

This permit is also a green light for prospective pilgrims for the Umrah service.

Indonesia re -opened the Umrah trip to Saudi Arabia.

Together with Pakistan, India, Egypt, Brazil and Vietnam, starting December 1, 2021 Indonesian citizens were allowed to enter Saudi Arabia without quarantine 14 days in the third country.

The Minister of Religion, Yaqut Cholil Qouumas said that in the near future the protected guard will be integrated with the Tawakkalna application.

Tawakkalna is a notification application for the status of the congregation vaccine, whether it is complete or not.

The Minister of Religion said that prospective Umrah pilgrims must meet the requirements determined by the Saudi Arabian government.

Whereas pilgrims with other types of vaccines are required to quarantine 3 days followed by the PCR test.

Chairman of the House of Representatives Commission VIII, Yandri Susanto reminded the Ministry of Religion to be aware of the Covid-19 Omicron variant.

The Ministry of Religion recorded 59,757 prospective Umrah pilgrims delayed his departure because of the Pandemi Covid-19.
