Ichwan said that things would be different if a similar report was made to parties who were not critics of the government.
According to him, there are a number of other figures who tend not to be touched by the legal process.
"Meanwhile, religious blasphemers are free and subject to legal proceedings. Deni Siregar, Ade Armando and Permadi Arya, even though they have been reported repeatedly, are not touched by the law," he said.
It is known that the West Java Regional Police have named Bahar bin Smith as a suspect in the case of spreading fake news, Monday (3/1/2022).
