Material:
- 400 gr potatoes (weight after peeling)
- 1 stalk of celery leaves
- 100 gr cornstarch = 10 full tablespoons
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 75 gr grated cheese (you can use 2 packs of mini-packaged kraft cheese @ 35 gr or 1/2 pack containing 175 gr)
