The Indian Embassy Demonstrated Part of the traffic on Jalan Rasuna Said was diverted
TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM, JAKARTA - Some motorized vehicle traffic on Jalan H.R. Rasuna Said, South Jakarta was diverted on Friday (13/3/2020).
The traffic that was diverted included Jalan Gatot Subroto towards Semanggi, which was going to Jalan HR Rasuna Said, which was closed by the police.
This followed a solidarity demonstration for Indian Muslims in front of the Indian Embassy.
The police closed the road with barbed wire at around 12.30 WIB.
The wire was installed starting from the Mampang-Kuningan underpass exit route.
Around the Indian Embassy, barbed wire has also been installed and several tactical vehicles and hundreds of police personnel are on guard.
As previously reported, the Head of Sub-Directorate for Gakkum, Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Fahri Siregar, said that his party had prepared a number of traffic techniques following a demonstration by joint Islamic organizations in front of the Indian Embassy, South Jakarta after Friday prayers (13/3/2020).
