Jokowi Announces Salaries for 13th and 2022 Civil Servants Will Be Disbursed Soon, There Will Be a 50 Percent Work Allowance Bonus
At the same time, additional performance allowances of 50 percent are also regulated for TNI, Polri and ASN who have performance allowances.
This policy is a form of appreciation for the contribution of central and regional officials in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic.

"On April 13 2022 I have signed a government regulation regarding the provision of THR and 13th salary for all ASN, TNI, Polri, regional ASN, retirees, pension recipients and state officials, as well as an additional 50 percent performance allowance for ASN, TNI and "The National Police are active and have performance allowances," said Jokowi.
The THR and 13th salary will be given to all ASN, regional ASN, TNI, Polri, pension recipients, retirees and state officials.
Previously, in 2021, the amount of THR and 13th salary would be given at the base salary and attached allowances without tukin.
Now, Jokowi is pressing the provisions of the 2022 THR PNS regulations regarding additional tukin by 50 percent.
These provisions are regulated in the Minister of Finance Regulation which is sourced from the APBN
Meanwhile, income sourced from the APBD will be regulated in Regional Head Regulations.
Referring to PP no. 63 of 2021 concerning the disbursement of THR and salaries for the 13th ASN in 2021, it is stated that THR is paid no sooner than 10 working days before the holiday date.
Referring to these regulations, the THR that will be paid consists of basic salary, basic allowance, family allowance, food allowance and position.
The THR is given according to position or rank.
It is hoped that the provision of THR and 13th salary will increase people's purchasing power.
