JHT Liquid 56 years old, Kasbi: Regulations are not in favor of labor
Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah released a new regulation on the disbursement of old age or JHT for retirement age at least 56 years and will be implemented starting in May 2022. The provision is outlined in Permenaker No. 2 of 2022 concerning Procedures and Requirements for Payment of Old Age Security Benefits. However, this rule reaps a polemic because it is considered not in favor of the workers. And it is suspected that the funds will be used by the government.
