Don't Buy a House with Zero Rupiah Down Payment, Before Watching This Video
DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, via his Facebook account, announced a number of requirements that must be met by applicants. There are five conditions given.
The first requirement is that the DKI Jakarta KTP belonging to the applicant and spouse is at least 5 years old at the time of submitting the application (original and photocopy). Second is the applicant's Taxpayer Identification Number or NPWP (original and copy).
Next, the third requirement is the Family Card (original and copy). Fourth, Application Form for Home Acquisition Financing Facilities. It is available at the counter and can be downloaded on the website samawa.jakarta.go.id), which will then be signed by the applicant and spouse on a stamp.
The final requirement is to complete the Zero Down Payment Registration Form which is available at the counter, which will then be signed by the applicant.
Registration for the second wave is officially open because public interest and enthusiasm is high in the 0 Rupiah Down Payment Program for Residents' Home Solutions (Samawa).
