Don't buy a zero rupiah dp house, before watching this video
DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, through his Facebook account, announced a number of requirements that must be met by registrants. There are five conditions given.
The first requirement is the DKI Jakarta KTP owned by the applicant and a partner who has been at least 5 years when submitting an application (original and photocopy). Second is the Taxpayer Identification Number or the applicant's NPWP (original and copy).
Next the third requirement is the family card (original and copy). Fourth, the request for the request for a financing facility for home acquisition. It is available at the counter and can be downloaded on the samawa.jakarta.go.id web), later signed by the applicant and couple on the stamp.
The last requirement is to complete the zero DP registration form available at the counter, later signed by the applicant.
The second wave of registration was officially opened because of the high interest and enthusiasm of the community towards the DP 0 Rupiah program Solutions of the Houses (Samawa).
