This is the first person to volunteer for the Corona vaccine trial

SEATTLE, KOMPAS.TV - Jennifer Haller (43) became the first person willing to volunteer in the corona vaccine trial in the United States.

Jennifer and several other people were injected with the corona virus vaccine, which was first tested on humans on Monday (16/3/2020) US time. The US government plans to conduct trials on 45 participants by giving different doses.

According to Jennifer, she volunteered as a volunteer because she wanted to help people around the world who currently seem to have lost hope.

"Everyone seems hopeless right now. And I realized there was a way I could help, so I'm very happy to be here," said Jennifer.

He stated that the process of administering the vaccine was very fast and painless.

"The process was easy, like the flu vaccine. I got the flu vaccine a few months ago, and the process was almost the same. It didn't hurt and I was very happy," continued Jennifer.

Jennifer is an operations manager at a technology company. She is also the mother of 2 children. According to him, his children thought he was "cool" because he wanted to do this test. He hopes that this experiment can speed up the discovery of a vaccine so that it can be quickly applied to world citizens.

I hope we can find a truly effective vaccine as soon as possible, so that we can save many lives. And I hope that people can return to normal life as soon as possible," said Jennifer.
