Today Polda Metro Jaya will call Habib Rizieq Shihab and his son -in -law
The summons plan was submitted by the Head of the Public Information Bureau of the Public Relations Division (Karopenmas Divhumas) National Police Brigadier General Awi Setiyono, while releasing the latest Kamtibmas situation at the National Police Headquarters, Jakarta, on Monday (11/30/20).
Previously, the police had given a summons to Rizieq Shihab, on Sunday (11/29/20) afternoon. The summons was delivered directly to the residence of Rizieq Shihab in Petamburan III, Central Jakarta.
A small incident occurred when the police delivered the summons. Laskar FPI who guarded the entrance to the residence of Rizieq Shihab had prevented the police from entering.
But after a dialogue, the police were finally allowed to enter to deliver Rizieq's summons. Head of the Sub Directorate of State Security Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police AKBP Raindra Ramadhan delivered the summons.
Muhammad Rizieq Shihab was called in his capacity as a witness to the crowd that occurred in Petamburan, some time ago.
The police have conducted a case and improved this case to the investigation level. The police found a criminal offense in a crowd in Petamburan.
The crime is related to violations of Law Number 6 of 2018 concerning Health and Health Protocol Violations.
