The price of chicken eggs continues to plummet, this is the cause
Retail sellers and people have already felt the price of eggs that are increasingly plummeted from day to day.
The cause of the drop in the price of eggs on the market one of which is the supply of abundant chicken eggs but consumer demand tends to remain.
Meanwhile, the Head of the West Jakarta Food, Maritime and Agriculture Security Department Iwan Indriyanto mentioned a number of causes that made the price of chicken eggs plummet.
"The price of purebred chicken eggs is currently experiencing a price decline due to a smooth distribution, a lot of availability (tend to be over supply) while consumer demand tends to remain," explained Iwan.
The price of broiler eggs in a number of traditional markets in Jakarta is currently around Rp. 19,000 to Rp. 20,000 per kilogram.
