Teacher Indra Kenz Named as a Suspect Until the Determination of a New Suspect in the Binomo Case
Fakar Suhartami, who is said to be Indra Kenz's trading teacher, underwent an examination at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

Fakar Suhartami is suspected of having a role as a Binomo recruiter on social media.
Before undergoing the examination, teacher Indra Kenz did not answer the legal process that was being carried out.
Teacher Indra Kenz came to the Police Criminal Investigation Unit before the police attempted to forcefully pick him up.
This is because Fakarich has twice failed to appear before police summons.
Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadan, explained that the examination of witness Fakar Suhartami was to investigate the flow of funds involving the suspect Indra Kenz.
The Directorate of Special Economic Crimes, Bareskrim Polri, named a new suspect in the Binomo application fraud case involving Indra Kenz, namely the development manager of the Binomo platform, Brian Edgar Nababan.
Brian Edgar, was previously arrested in Bali on April 1 2022.
The police also confiscated a laptop, belonging to Brian Edgar.
Brian Edgar Nababan, originally a student in Russia, has since registered with the 404 group company which has a collaboration with Binomo.
He was tasked with receiving complaints from Binomo players, especially in Indonesia, until finally serving as development manager for the Binomo application.
He is now being detained at the Bareskrim Polri detention center for the next 20 days.
According to the results of the police investigation, Brian Edgar played a role in offering Indonesian influencers to become Binomo affiliates, with profit sharing.
He was tracked to have sent IDR 120 million to the suspect, Indra Kenz, in February 2021.
