[full] Corona Update May 21: 20,162 Positive, 1,278 Died, 4,838 Recovered

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Government Spokesperson for Accelerated Handling of Covid-19 Achmad Yurianto conveyed the number of Corona cases in Indonesia which was presented today (21/5/2020) at the BNPB Building, Jakarta.

Yurianto explained that there were an additional 973 positive cases today, bringing the total accumulated number of positive Corona cases that occurred in Indonesia to 20,162.

Meanwhile, the number of recovered cases was 4,838 people.

The number of cases that died was 1,278 people.

Achmad Yurianto has repeatedly advised the public not to go home this Eid. He also appealed to people to continue to wear masks correctly when outside the home, maintain physical distance, and wash their hands frequently.

This is all in order to suppress the spread and transmission of the Corona virus or Covid-19 virus in Indonesia.
