DPRD DKI F-PDIP: Concept of Naturalization of DKI Governor Just Limited to Discussion
When floods hit Jakarta and its surroundings, the public was shown the differences in views of PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono and DKI Governor Anies Baswedan regarding flood management. Basuki was disappointed because Anies did not continue normalizing the river at approximately 17 remaining points out of the 33 targeted points. Meanwhile, Anies said that normalization and concretization would not solve the Jakarta floods if there was no anticipation of water flow from the upstream or southern side of Jakarta.
