Donuts with Glaze Topping // Glazed Doughnuts

Heloo, this time I made a donut with a glaze topping. The donuts can use any donut recipe. If I use the recipe Bogasari which is mixed with flour using twin chakra flour and blue triangle. But I just modif the eggs and milk. If the topping can be tackled. There are those who like to use buttercream or some who like to use chocolate that is melted. If I use this one powdered sugar glaze (sugar powdered sugar). Actually the ingredients are only sugar powder, butter and hot water, but the dose is uncertain: D so I just write the estimates. The thick dilute actually influences the thin thickness of the glazen later when hardened. So back to taste again. And this glazen will harden but easier to harden it at cold room temperature. Glaze donut recipe
For: 10-12 pieces

Ingredients :
(*I also write a gram-cup conversion with a note: the spoon I use is a measuring spoon. The cup/glass that I use is a 240 ml glass)

Donut dough (source: amended a little from Bogasari https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jofrmwcvtnk)
125g (1 cup) High protein flour
125g (1 cup) Medium protein flour
30g (2 1/2 tbsp) Sugar (I use a blended sugar)
10g (4 tsp) Powder milk
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 egg yolks
110-120ml (1/2 cup) cold milk (or up to weight yolk + milk = 140-150ml)
38g (2 tablespoons + 2 tsp) butter/margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt

Glaze Vanilla
85g (10 1/2 tbsp) Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon (15g) butter, melt
2-4 teaspoon hot water
A little vanilla pasta

Brown glaze
1 Vanilla Pasta Recipe + 12g (1 1/2 tbsp)

125g (1 cup) bread flour
125g (1 cup) All Purpose Flour
30g (2 1/2 TBSP) Superfine Sugar
10G (4 TSP) Milk Powder (Milk Powder)
1 TSP instant yeast
1/8 TSP Baking Powder
2 egg yolk
110-120ml (1/2 cup) Cold Milk (or Until The Weight of Egg Yolk + Milk = 140-150ml)
38G (2 TBSP + 2 TSP) Butter/Margarine
1/2 TSP Salt (Salt)

Vanilla Glaze
85G (10 1/2 TBSP) Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp (15g) butter, melt it
2-4 TSP Hot Water
a little bit of vanilla paste

Chocolate Glaze
1 Recipe of Vanilla Glaze + 12G (1 1/2 TBSP) Cocoa Powder
