Considered Possible to Transmit the Corona Virus, Nurses Working at Friendship Hospital Are Expelled from Boarding Houses
It is known that Persahabatan Hospital is a national referral hospital for handling Covid-19.
There were nurses and health workers who were expelled from their boarding houses because they were afraid they would transmit the virus.
This was conveyed by the General Chair of the Indonesian National Nurses Association, Harif Fadhillah on Tuesday (24/3/2020).
"Since we found out that the Persahabatn National Referral Hospital for COVID-19, even though the nurses don't handle COVID-19, instead of working in the isolation room, they were asked not to board there," said Harif.
Currently the expelled nurse is staying at Friendship Hospital temporarily.
"So now the nurses and doctors that I have information about and I have asked again are staying at the hospital," said Harif.
Quoted from Tribunnews.com, Wednesday (25/3/2020), Harif said that the hospital is now coordinating to find a suitable place to live.
