Receiving Bpom permission, the Zifivax vaccine is known to be able to fight the Delta variant of the Corona Virus
This vaccine is effective against a number of corona variants, including the delta variant which has triggered a spike in Covid-19 cases. The delta variant, which was first identified in India, continues to spread and has caused a spike in the number of Covid-19 infections in the world. It is not surprising that this variant of the Sars-Cov-2 Virus is labeled as a variant of concern by the World Health Organization (WHO).
From this condition, scientists tested the existing Covid-19 vaccines to see their durability and ability to provide protection from the delta variant.
BPOM stated that the Zifivax vaccine is capable of fighting the delta variant with an efficacy of 77.47%. This vaccine made by Anhui Zhifei Longcom Biopharmaceutical from China even has an efficacy of 81.7% after 7 days with 3 doses.

In Indonesia, 10 types of vaccines have now been used that have received permission from BPOM. The first is the Sinovac Vaccine with 65.3% efficacy, Bio Farma Covid-19 Vaccine, Astrazeneca Vaccine with 62.1% efficacy. Sinopharm with 78% efficacy, Moderna vaccine 94.1% efficacy, Pfizer 95.5% efficacy, Sputnik V vaccine with 91.6% efficacy, Janssen 67.2% efficacy, Convidecia 90.1% efficacy, and Zifivax with 81% efficacy .71%.
Of the total vaccines, only 5 are able to fight the delta variant. These include Pfizer, Moderna, Astrazeneca, Janssen or Johnson & Johnson, and Zifivax.
