Grandson Says Soekarno Was Killed At Wisma Yasoo, Historian: He Wasn't Taken Care Of As He Should Be
On the YouTube channel Didi Mahardika, the grandson of the first president of the Republic of Indonesia, Soekarno, surprisingly stated that the cause of Soekarno's death was because he was murdered.
However, a number of historians still believe that the proclaimer died due to illness.
Previously, a statement from Soekrano's grandson, Didi Mahardika, appeared on the V Entertainment.id YouTube channel during a conversation with the channel host.
In the interview, Didi gave a statement that Bung Karno was killed at Wisma Yasoo.
"I'll add a little, Sir, not only was he exiled, but that's where our father, the Father of the Nation, our Proclaimer, who fought for all of us, was killed there, murdered, yes, many people should know," said Didi in his interview.
Apart from that, Didi also said that the Satriamandala Museum was Wisma Yasoo, Bung Karno's last place.
However, according to Didi, Wisma Yasoo tried to cover it up by changing the name of the place to the Satriamandala Museum.

Meanwhile, Sukarno's former aide, Sidarto Danusubroto, revealed testimony about the Proclaimer's last years living in detention at Wisma Yaso. He said that Soekarno was sick without receiving adequate treatment.
Sidarto served as Sukarno's aide for more than a year since 6 February 1967 after the controversial Supersemar. He was withdrawn from that duty in May 1968.
"During the last months of accompanying him, Bung Karno's health condition began to worsen. And I told the National Police Chief at that time that what Bung Karno needed at that time was a doctor to treat him, not an aide any more," said Sidarto.
