China Sends Health Team to Italy to Help Overcome Corona Virus
Italy is currently still in lockdown following the continued increase in the number of cases of corona virus infection or Covid-19 in the country.
A health team from China arrived in Italy on Thursday (12/3/2020). They will help the Italian government by sharing experiences in fighting the corona virus outbreak which first broke out in Wuhan, China.
The health team consists of 9 people, including intensive care specialists, pediatricians and nurses who previously served in China. They also brought medical equipment and masks.
Italian authorities said they would study clinical data and medicines that could be provided from China.
