Story of Introduction to the Corpse: Queue to the Grave | Open Eyes

In just less than a month, positive cases and death rates reached record highs every day in Indonesia, with deaths even reaching more than a thousand in one day.

At the hospital, the sight of queues of patients filling the courtyard and even the hallways has occurred over the past few weeks. Hospitals and health facilities in various big cities were almost paralyzed. As a result of the overflowing queues, many patients could not be saved and had to die before receiving treatment.

In Jakarta, ambulances picking up bodies continue to go back and forth on the city streets. Corpses filled the morgue and many patients died while they were undergoing self-isolation.

The picture in Jakarta is just a small reality of what is even more terrible happening in Indonesia. Don't let death be just a series of numbers.
