How to use one printer to be used together in the network
(Sharing printer)

A. On the server side
(On a computer that is directly connected to the printer)

1. Click "Start" then click "Devices and Printers"
2. Right-click on the printer to be shared/shared, then click "Printer Properties"
3. Click the "Sharing" tab then check the "Share This Printer" option then click OK


B. On the client side

1. Click "Start" then click "Devices and Printers"
2. Click "Add a Printer" then select "Add a Network, Wireless or Bluetooth Printer"
3. Click "The Printer that I want isn't listed", then select "Select a Shared Printer by Name".
4. In the dialog box below type "\\" then followed by a computer IP address that is directly connected to the printer (server), then type again "\". Then the printer name will appear in question later. Just click the printer, then click "Next" and so on until it's finished.
