How to Make Fail-Proof Chocolate Filled Bread
Material:
Room temperature water 220 ml
SKM Cap Delicious 1 sachet
Granulated sugar 5 tbsp
Yeast 1 tbsp
High protein flour 400 grams (I use komachi, you can also use cakra)
Pinch salt
1 egg yolk
Margarine/butter 50 grams or 3-5 tbsp
Olive oil/vegetable oil for brushing when developing the dough
