How to make pempek dos (without fish)
Notes :
• Bonteng (Sundanese) = Timun yes
• Sorry if it's still a mess, still learning. I have fixed it in the new pempek video, please check

• Oil is given flour so as not to explode when fried
Pempek recipe:
300gr tapioca flour
1 egg
500ml of water
250gr flour
1 teaspoon powdered broth
1/2 teaspoon pepper
5 cloves of garlic puree
1 tsp Guaran
For the contents:
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
a little powder broth (optional)
Cuko sauce recipe:
250gr Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
7 cloves of garlic
50gr cayenne pepper (according to taste)
500ml of water
2-3 tablespoons of tamarind water
