How to Make Tapioca Tempe Chips
Ingredients:
500 gr uncooked tempeh
500 gr tapioca flour
Marinade Ingredients:
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp stock powder
4 cloves of garlic / 1 pack of garlic powder
±1 liter of water
Enough oil for frying
