Turning to digital TV, the government provides a free top box set for 6.7 million poor people

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - In three days analog TV broadcasts will soon be turned off in 166 cities throughout Indonesia.

Termination of this analog broadcast marks the start of the first stage of analog television to digital television broadcast migration.

The second phase is scheduled to take place on August 25 and November 2 to all of Indonesia.
