Reasons for Crypto Supervision to Move to OJK, No Longer Bappebti
The DPR believes that Bappepti does not have sufficient capacity to keep up with the very dynamic development of crypto assets, so through the PPSK Law it was decided that the OJK would supervise crypto asset trading.
